We take your health and that of our staff very seriously, in light of the COVID19 pandemic we are asking our clients to help us enforce the new health and safety rules that will allow us to operate and continue to provide the great services you love whilst keeping both salon staff and guests safe.

What have we changed in Salon ?

Even though cleanliness is the hallmark of a great salon and our staff are fastidious, we had to evaluate the way we operate, and some of the systems in salon to keep everyone healthy and reduce the risk of infection wherever possible.

  • State of the Art ventilation System unlike most retail areas, including supermarkets, we opted for an amazing ventilation system, the air within the salon is not recirculated. We have this a multitude of fans throughout the building, venting air through the roof space to atmosphere. This is key in ensuring anything airborne is extracted away from us and you, before anything circulates. Always think ventilation - it is the most important factor in visiting anywhere.

  • Pod system at our stations, we have invested in a new pod system to allow you to relax and enjoy your stay

  • Hand sanitiser dispensers have been fitted and situated throughout the salon

  • Disposable gloves will be worn by all staff when required

  • Staff will be supplied with mask’s to be worn 

  • Disposable towels and gowns will be used where possible

  • All salon equipment used within the salon will be sanitised thoroughly after one use, adhering to the government guidelines. (this will include but not exclusive too, scissors, combs, sectioning clips, non-disposable gowns)

  • Our sections have now been altered to keep guests 2 meters apart during appointment times.

  • The number of people you will have contact with within the salon has been dramatically reduced.

What we ask you to do prior and during your appointment:

  • If you present a new continuous cough and/or high temperature however mild we ask you not to come to the salon, similarly if there is any person within your house hold presenting such symptoms, where possible please call and cancel.

  • Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes before your booked time.

  • We ask all clients to wash their hands thoroughly upon entry and exit of the salon premises.

  • Please try to limit contact with surfaces within the salon and use hand sanitiser provided regularly

  • You must wear a face mask that can be worn throughout your treatment, Face masks can be purchased in salon or bring your own. We have limited stock so please come prepared.

  • Please pay for all treatment via contact-less or card payment where possible.

  • If waiting for a member of our reception team, please be aware of the space around you and ensure you are 2 meters away from any other salon guests.

  • Please come to your appointment alone. If you are bringing a relative or friend to their appointment we may ask you to wait outside until they are ready to leave the salon. 

  • Please be patient with us, we are here to do everything we can to keep our guests and staff members safe, things may take a little longer than usual in order to maintain an extremely high level of cleanliness.


What we are doing to keep our staff safe:

  • All team members have been provided with full government standard PPE.

  • We have installed sneeze screens at our reception desks.

  • Our team break facilities have been altered to allow 2 meters between lunch tables.

  • Our team now work on a rota-based shift pattern to minimise the number of staff in the salon at one time.

  • Training for team members is continuous throughout this period.
